Delivery times are estimated from the time you recieve the dispatch email from Australia Post.
All orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia using eParcel and Express eParcel. All parcels can be tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If unavailable your delivery will be located at your nearest Post Office.
Orders within Australia
Free Shipping with orders over $200 within Australia. Conditions are Standard eParcel Post only. Express eParcel requires an additional $4.50. Excludes Cases & Equipment.
Trade discount members please be aware that total for free postage is $200.00 after your discount.

Returns :
If your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact in the first instance via email info@mediamakeup.com.au or by telephone 08 8223 3233 within 14 days of purchase receipt.
Returns can only be made once authorised by customer services.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
Deliveries:
Orders received before 12pm will be processed the same day.
Orders received at Media Makeup after 12pm may be processed the following day.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Credit card payments will be processed immediately. Direct deposit or money order payments will be processed once the payment is received into our account.
